Job Description

Caduceus Lane is hiring an HR Generalist, who will be responsible for performing HR-related duties, and will work closely with the HR manager, he/she will be responsible for carrying out duties in different functions, such as; filing, employee relations, recruitment, employee orientation, development and counseling among other duties.

Caduceus Lane is looking for an initiative-taking, proactive team player, professional communicator, and details oriented, who is eager to keep learning, advance his/ her career and be part of the organization’s ongoing growth with a positive & cooperative attitude.

Key 

  • Recruitment and staffing and updating job description and Specification.
  • Review the periodic payroll calculations and ensure that all employee transactions reflect accurately in calculations.
  • Implementing, analyzing, reporting, and setting action plans of employee satisfaction survey results.
  • Developing and updating job descriptions through job analysis to help articulate the most important job duties needed from an employee
  • Set the Organization charts.
  • Handling personnel issues
  • Reviewing the company policies and ensuring the employee's commitment regarding the policies
  • Develop and prepare HR monthly reports
  • Responsible for the onboarding process for the new employee including an orientation process with regular follow-up.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant field
  • Proven experience as an HR generalist.
  • Not less than 5 years of experience in all HR functions.
  • Experience in OD.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Professional flexibility to meet changing business needs
  • Outstanding time management skills
  • Organized and strategic thinking 
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, as well as problem-solving skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Commitment to ethical behavior
  • Good knowledge of employment/ labor laws
  • Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • A post-graduate degree in an HR-related field is a plus
  • A strong academic HR record is a plus
  • Proficiency in content management is an asset
