Job Description

Our indoor sales team is required to drive Art Heritage to find new customers, retain current customers, and develop innovative solutions for enhancing our product and service. As an indoor sales representative, each Art Heritage team member shall play a crucial role in establishing relationships and marketing our brand in a way that is positive, honest, and professional. The efforts each member exerts focuses on generating revenue, on the one hand, yet, directly linked to branding Art Heritage on the other. A successful representative is the one whose focused on creating a powerful satisfied-customer network equally to achieving his target.   • Follow an outlined script and advertise our products to interested consumers in a manner that is professional and honest.
  • Coordinate with all team members to handle customer requirements, manage workflow, and minimize gaps throughout the sales process.
  • Aim at achieving the designated target by upselling and cross-selling.
  • Facilitate the entire sales cycle process from the initiation of receiving the client through finalization of account set-up for each customer, account is final when delivered and fully paid for.
  • Research and understand our product line and be familiar with each product’s material and manufacturing process, so you can confidently upsell our customers to compatible products.
  • Maintain an organized workspace and properly file documents, updates, and product information so it is readily accessible for reference and to answer questions.
  • Handle and manage the showroom administrational needs, along with all sales/marketing tools.
  • Listen attentively to consumer questions and provide answers that are knowledgeable and insightful to encourage product sale.
  • Showcase the company’s strengths and highlight our brand by talking exclusively about the characteristics that make our organization unique.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to discuss benchmarks and personal as well as team goals for the upcoming week.
  • Issue and handle all required reports/paperwork and coordinate with all departments until the task is done.

Job Requirements
