Job Description

  • Develop, plan and implement commercial plans and strategies in line with  expansion vision
  • Perform market research and analyze threats and opportunities
  • Always strive to accelerate and encourage company's growth and success
  • Manage and track expenditures, financial goals and budgets
  • Track, measure and analyze commercial metrics using KPIs
  • Source and recommend new clinic locations in line with the expansion plan
  • Facilitate the coordination of new branch openings
  • Attract new customers and manage client relationships with new as well as existing clients
  • Build and retain profitable partnerships with chief stakeholders
  • Implement new customer acquisition strategies
  • Understand the requirements of existing customers
  • Manage, coordinate and train diverse teams such as marketing, sales and customer service
  • Ensure all marketing activities are in line with commercial goals
  • Examine the performance of commercial activities by using key metrics and draft reports for senior management
  • Collaborate with cross Department Heads to remain aligned with  vision and strategy
  • Streamline internal communications throughout the group

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or relevant field
  • MBA / MSC is a must.
  • Project Management skills and knowledge are a plus.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in sales / marketing and managing relationships with key clients in similar industry.
  • Highly Leadership and Organizational skills.
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
