Job Description

360imaging is hiring an experienced HR professional to join our rapidly growing company. In this role, you’ll work as a dedicated business partner to the Tech Org, which includes currently over 50 members and growing to 100 members in Software Engineering, Product Management, Robotics Engineering, and Data teams. 

In this role, you will also own all the end-to-end hiring processes, candidate experience, and hiring manager relationships. You’ll deliver exceptional candidate experience in a super fast-growing company.  You’ll partner with business leaders to help drive a sustainable, performance-oriented culture, leading initiatives around hiring, employee growth, training & development, and org design. You will be responsible for maintaining org health across remotely distributed teams.

What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process, sourcing and building relationships with candidates, creating positive interview experiences, and managing the offer process
  • Develop creative recruiting strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of diverse A+ talent at all levels through research, social media, cold calls, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns to accomplish hiring goals
  • Be a strategic partner to 360imaging’s leadership team by providing compensation advice, market insights, recruiting metrics, and strategies to improve the efficiency of the funnel
  • Collaborate with the business team to craft and execute strong new hire training and onboarding programs, especially crucial as the org rapidly scales
  • Build, measure, and drive success across key People Operations metrics including employee retention, engagement, and performance.
  • Build and provide data-driven insights to business leaders in order to elevate and improve our recruiting processes and strategies
  • Be a trusted thought partner and collaborator for development managers and leadership
  • Work across leadership to craft growth and development plans across the organization
  • Provide org-specific policy guidance and manage employee relations

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For 

  • At least 6 years of success in the HR and People Operations field,
  • Strong understanding of a broad range of HR programs including talent acquisition, performance management, organizational excellence, Total Rewards, and employee relations
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience working with hiring managers and closing candidates
  • Track record of success recruiting and hiring for roles at all levels, from high-volume junior level to Manager level positions
  • Excellent networker and understand how to effectively engage high caliber candidates across multiple business functions
  • Excellent communicator and have the ability to persuade and advise executives on HR best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to drive collaboration and influence stakeholders
  • Experience using recruiting metrics to identify problems, provide insights, and drive decisions
  • Strong operational aptitude to understand the fundamentals of the business and drive people processes at scale, especially in a hypergrowth environment
  • Highest degree of trustworthiness, integrity, and emotional intelligence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
