Job Description
- Study new projects tenders and propose cost study model.
- Define assumptions, constraints & risk factors with area managers.
- Cooperate with different business units’ operation teams to design a cost-effective operation, plan to minimize cost and increase profitability of new projects.
- Negotiate suppliers & subcontractors to get best offers.
- Revise the proposal with contractual, finance and project departments.
- Studying client specification and requirements, focusing on potential clients’ requirements
- Cost estimation to create P&L study, Cash flow with analysis for cost elements.
- Negotiate customers with required scope changes.
- Study additional work requirements and provide cost break down and propose selling price.
- Prepare technical proposals.
- Collect cost of required tools & materials from procurement department.
- Prepare presentations to the clients about the business unit capabilities.
- Follow the pipeline updates & support in solving problem facing any of the team members.

Education
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity tools.
- Excellent communications, presentations and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of the English language.
