Job Description
- Estimate and scope Electrical trades during pre-construction.
- Preparing projects cost estimation during tendering stage.
- Supervise review and coordination of submitting and shop drawings.
- Maintain and manage all purchase and delivery schedules, change order processes, shop drawings, document control logs.
- Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solve.
- Deliver all warranties, as-built and training to the owner.
- Performing other duties related to the job.
- Review and approve material and equipment for Electrical systems prior to installation.
- Coordinate activities, materials procurement and other related activities with Project Manager and Field Staff.
- Communicate progress and prepare appropriate reports as needed.
- Supervise review and coordination of submitting and shop drawings.
- Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, specification, BOQ, etc.).
- Design review including equipment sizing (Transformer, Generator, UPS).
- Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
- Review shop drawings and details for Power and Low Current systems and coordinate with other trades and follow up their approval process with the project consultant.
- Prepare technical and material submittals.
- Provide and gather all the required technical documents such as drawings, manuals and instructions for construction team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- AutoCAD
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Well known about tendering and procurement.
- Good communication skills.
- Males Only.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years in technical office tasks.
