Job Description
- Formulate the factory rules and regulations and the supervision, inspection, and implementation of the system
- Full responsibility for Worker attendance, Pay role salary, appointment and fire, transfer, promotion, and other procedures of the factory staff.
- Primarily performs the recruitment, selection, interview, re-entry, and entry work.
Job Requirements
- Major in human resources management or relevant human resources certificates are preferred
- Experience in the garment industry and factory, good command of English
- Strong executive force and strong management on workers
- Work carefully, with a strong sense of responsibility, can bear hardships and stand hard work
- Be familiar with relevant laws or regulations
- Age From 30-45 years.
