Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Representative to join our dynamic call center team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in all aspects of human resources, with a particular focus on mass hiring and talent acquisition. This role demands a strategic thinker who can manage HR operations efficiently while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Source, screen and interview applicants for a debt settlement account
- Lead mass hiring initiatives to support call center growth and seasonal workforce demands.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the entire onboarding process, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a harmonious work environment.
- Conduct investigations and provide resolution to workplace conflicts.
HR Policy and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices are aligned with company policies and legal requirements.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in handling performance issues and employee development.
- Implement strategies for employee engagement and retention.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs for employees.
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
- Ensure continuous professional development of the HR team.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Administer employee benefits and provide assistance with any related queries.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 year in a senior HR role within a call center environment.
- Proven experience in mass hiring and large-scale recruitment processes.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
