Job Description
- Contacting customers via phone ( Outbound calls ) and email communications to answer queries or retrieve information about their account.
- Studies and understands all the facts of the media and real estate being offered.
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
- Performs outbound and inbound communication to potential Customers to sell creative media service for 3D / VR Projects.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Job Requirements
- Excellent up to Fluent English Level is a Must.
- Experience 1-3 years in sales is a Must
- Outgoing Personality, Interpersonal Skills, Persuasiveness, Confidence, and Excellent Sales Skills.
- Strong Communication Skills and Persistence Power
- Real State, Media & Software background is preferred.
