- We are looking for social media moderator to join our team.
- As social media moderator you will be responsible to handle our social media platforms
- Develop and implement social media strategy
- Collecting and recording new comments and responses for future decision making
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Making ads on social media sites such as (Facebook/ Instagram)
- Handle customers complains
- Be updated with all social media marketing tools
- Collaborate with operation team
- Under-graduate students and fresh-graduate are more then welcome to apply
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in all social media channels
- Previous experience in customer service
- good communication skills
- good knowledge about fashion market
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to multi-task
- Build strong relationships and trust with customer

- Fluent English speaking and writing
