About You
- Experience in Video Editing
- Drives the design process, gathering input and feedback from internal and external stakeholders
- Delivers digital designs and assets in collaboration with creative team members
- On occasion, communicates with outside content providers and licensors to drive approvals and alignment
- Works with the Events team to create collateral for print
- Works on a variety of products, including magazines, product packaging, websites, exhibitions, corporate identity, etc.
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software packages
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated, hard-working, and eager to learn
- Flexible and can navigate a fast-paced environment and remain focused under tight deadlines. Can manage your time effectively across multiple projects to adhere to production schedules
Job Requirements
- +1 year experienced creative Graphic Designer
- Working on diverse projects/programs—collateral (digital/print), social, branding, digital/print advertising/promotional/lead-gen campaigns, including website design/production support. Working with video/animation tools a plus.
- Proven graphic designing experience
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain creative concepts, requirements, and process clearly and concisely
- Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality
- Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas
- Highly proficient in all design aspects.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- With up-to-date knowledge to interpret our client's needs and to design solutions with high visual impact.
- A diverse portfolio, featuring a range of mediums from print, digital design, presentations, and visualizations.
- Strong design fundamentals (color, form, TYPE, layout) and the ability to experiment and create variations.
- Strong attention to detail and execution.
- Experience in web design/social campaigns.
- Excellent communications skills and professionalism
- The ability to thrive and multi-task in a highly energetic, fast-paced environment.
