Job Description
- Responsible for all tendering and cost estimation for the trades in MEP projects and the infrastructure sector.
- Reviewing provided Contract, BOQ, Drawings, and Specifications for the new Projects
- Studying Tenders to understand the nature of Project and Contract.
- Receiving quotations from Vendors, Suppliers, and Subcontractors and Make sure that the quotations comply with the project required and provided Specifications
- Prepare comparison Sheet for rates Quoted by Sub Contractors and suppliers
- Prepare BOQ Breakdown.
- Prepare quantity survey for lump sum projects or items.
- Preparing the commercial and technical offer.
Job Requirements
- BSC. Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- From 5 to 10 years of experience in technical office in Construction projects, MEP projects, and infrastructure sector
- Work in the field of water treatment plants, tanks, and Sanitation (is a must).
- Software Skills: (AutoCAD– MS Office) is a must.
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Leadership skills.
- Good in Time Management.
- Very Good command of the English Language.
