Internal/External Communications
- Schedule weekly Industry Community Calls (EC/PS) and prepare and schedule partner briefing on expectations, agenda, Partner Solution One Pager.
- Prepare Monthly invites to the field and confirm partners to the call. Host and record the sessions and place them on PEP partner showcase engine, make avail on Teams industry pages
- Administer and collect all solution one-pagers and customer case studies, update ISV solution playbook and website, coordinate with PDMs
- Help coordinate partner content for social media amp (e.g. logos, text copy, pic) and coordinate with Wunderman
- Tracking of target account list per partner an updating IPS PPT dashboard for completeness
- Coordinate schedule for Partner ROBs and making sure we have internal attendance secured
- Coordinating all assets e.g. one-pagers, customer invites and social media amp requests
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years’ experience in the business/marketing/project management field.
- Organized and ability to manage multiple diverse activities/tasks
- Administrative skills, analytical eye, and attention to details.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Able to work independently.
