Job Description

  • Supporting chairman in all related tasks, manages the effective allocation of his time and maintains calendars and schedules.
  • Coordinate and follow up departmental reports and tasks assigned by the chairman and monitor and maintain the date of its submission,
  • Coordinate, attend, and take minutes for the Chairman’s internal meetings, other meetings with outside partners and any other relevant top management meetings.
  • Conduct web research/ analysis as directed by the Chairman.
  • Produce reports for the Chairman as and when required.
  • Participate in project development phases, plans, process, and follow up.
  • Reviews incoming correspondence; initiates replies as appropriate.
  • Organize for business trip arrangements. (Including visas/accommodation).
  • Organize board meetings and ensure that Chairman is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
  • Assign and monitor clerical and secretarial functions.
  • Design filing systems ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date Ensure effective transfer files and records.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

 

Job Requirements

  • Education: B.Sc. from any discipline (English literature is Preferable)
  • Experience: From 8 to 12 years of experience
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft applications & preferably Apple applications.
  • Language: Fluent in English & one additional language,
  • Other requirements: Strong organizational, communication and management skills.
