About the Job


Responsible for providing support and oversight to multiple subcontractors working on offshore projects. Plan, coordinate and manage the subcontractors. Ensure efficient project administration and execution as per finalized technical specifications, budgets and time schedules.


Key Accountabilties


  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.


  • Follow a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress of project milestones and completion.


  • Monitor project schedules and report potential changes in project schedules to management and identify risks for a specified functional area within a project.


  • Coordinate project administration in accordance with project administration policies and procedures.


  • Record and maintain project-related documentation and coordinate with the technical department to resolve issues.


  • Liaise with third party subcontractors to ensure execution as per finalized technical specifications, budgets and time schedules.


  • Measure subcontractor performance and completion using appropriate tools and techniques.


  • Develop project tracking spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document project requirements.


  • Develop subcontractor works status reports and communication updates for senior management.


  • Adopt risk control policies and procedures to mitigate risks and escalate complex risks to management.


  • Propose resource needs for projects in collaboration with production teams and recommend any re-allocation of resources to meet project requirements.


  • Liaise with subcontractors for timely delivery of resources.


  • Coordinate activities as directed to resolve warranty claims and variation orders.


  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors to ensure adherence to project milestones and plan.


  • Manage relationship with the client and all stakeholders by liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure quality level of project deliverables is in accordance with organizational quality standards.


  • Adopt quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) policies and procedures consistently throughout project lifecycle.


  • Provide inputs to assessment of quality management outcomes in relation to desired outcomes with the QA team.


Minimum Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Contract Management / Estimation / Tendering / Quantity Surveying) or equivalent professional qualification.


  • Contract Management / Estimation / Tendering / Quantity Surveying


  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Projects related to the Offshore Oil & Gas projects.


  • In-depth knowledge in relevant Oil & Gas EPC projects.
