Job Description

  • Hiring is for an American account in the Taxation service sector
     
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
     
  • Provide product and service information to customers by researching required information using available resources
     
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
     
  • Provide support and Follow-ups to customers maintaining their satisfaction
     
  • Advise customers with appropriate action through troubleshooting steps

     

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English language is a must
     
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
     
  • Graduates with at least 2 years of previous working experience in customer support service. (No students are accepted)
  • Ability to read and write proficiently while multitasking
     
  • General Knowledge about installing and configuring software.
     
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
     
  • Ability to build a strong relationship with customers

Job Benefits:

  • Net Salary: 6000 LE
     
  • Annual Bonus: 24000 LE (based on evaluation)
     
  • Training Period: 2 months (Salary is 4000 LE per month during training period)
     
  • Social & Medical Insurance
     
  • Working Hours: fluctuating hours across the year (from 4 hours a day to 12 hours a day based on the high season time)
     
  • Shifts start at 4, 5, 6, 7 pm
