Job Description
- Hiring is for an American account in the Taxation service sector
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
- Provide product and service information to customers by researching required information using available resources
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Provide support and Follow-ups to customers maintaining their satisfaction
- Advise customers with appropriate action through troubleshooting steps
Job Requirements
- Fluent English language is a must
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Graduates with at least 2 years of previous working experience in customer support service. (No students are accepted)
- Ability to read and write proficiently while multitasking
- General Knowledge about installing and configuring software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build a strong relationship with customers
Job Benefits:
- Net Salary: 6000 LE
- Annual Bonus: 24000 LE (based on evaluation)
- Training Period: 2 months (Salary is 4000 LE per month during training period)
- Social & Medical Insurance
- Working Hours: fluctuating hours across the year (from 4 hours a day to 12 hours a day based on the high season time)
- Shifts start at 4, 5, 6, 7 pm
