Job Description
- Responsible for relationship management, performance and accurate implementation of strategic initiatives related to external outbound call centers
- Set performance standards and goals to meet revenue, quality and call volume quotas
- Track, monitor and analyze results of Telesales efforts and tests
- Review scripts, monitor calls and ensure the highest level of QA
- Maximize team performance through coaching, motivation, and incentive programs
- Provide daily leadership and communications to outsourced locations
- Effectively deliver call center operational targets including sales volume and conversion rates, as well as other targets outlined in the plan
- Work directly with the Acquisition team to nurture qualified leads through trial
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Experience 2-3 years in similar role
- Strong managerial and sales skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to write and present reports.
- Strong organizational skills.
