Job Description
- Supervises and monitors the activities of the modern trade sector ( hyper markets ) to ensure that the monthly sales target is achieved with consideration to the quality of sales.
- Regularly updates and provides analytical reports that could help management make informed business decision.
- Suggests ways to improve sales performance of the area sales team that will best serve the business.
- Increase the company sales by opening new markets and attracting new customers.
- Participate in the annual sales planning with the sales manager to discuss the new ways to increase sales.
- Follow up on the purchase orders to make sure that customers receive their requests on time with the best quality.
- Make the necessary research on the market to determine the prices and the quality of the competitors' in the market.
- Insuring the proper implementation for any new developmental areas whether in introducing new products or winning new customers.
- Responsible for stock rotation and ordering of stock.
Job Requirements
- FMCG background is a must.
- 8-10 Years of experience.
- Bachelor Degree.
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office programs.
- Active and decision-maker.
- Experience in Greater Cairo / Alex will be advantage.
