Job Description
- We are looking for who can go beyond managing users and securities but really get their hands into the platform for customizations/configurations and drive innovation on projects like integrations and extensions.
- If you know how to maximize the full utility of the Dynamics CRM platform and have a strong understanding of the D365 APIs as well as the Power Platform to execute integrations, you should apply immediately.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working with the product owners, project managers and QA users throughout the project life cycle.
- Focusing on configurations and customizations of the CRM system.
- Creating new flows and model driven apps.
- Maintaining systems documentation Dynamics CRM/365.
- Interpreting internal or external business issues and recommending solutions/best practices.
- Providing MS Dynamics SME expertise to client and mentoring team members.
- Managing data migrations from external systems into MS CRM using Data Import Wizard.
- Conducting solution testing and assisting with user acceptance testing.
- Conducting user and administrator training.
Job Requirements
- Experience working with Sales and Customer Service apps of Dynamics 365 platform.
- 3+ years of experience with CRM customizations.
- Ability to translate a business use case to appropriate flow/workflow/business process flow.
- Ability to create reports using Dynamics Report Wizard.
- Experience with CRM solution management and maintenance.
- Prior experience with Javascript/Typescript is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
