Job Description
- Planning to sell various travel services in relation to relocation and accommodation.
- Follow up the hotel reservation procedures and ensure the safety of hotel reservations.
- Set up different hotel deals and set prices that work for them.
- Create hotel packages that attract customers.
- Handling travel issues, customer complaints, and refunds.
- Effective and rapid communication with the supplier in the event of a problem with the reservation and the problem ends in a short time.
- Supervising reservation operations.
- Managing the relationship between the site and the supplier.
- Ratio adjustment on the system and price comparison with competitors.
- Work on continuous improvement of the website and offerings.
Job Requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in tourism
- Knowledge of using Saber and Amadeus
- Fluent in English
- Experience in hotel or flight reservations is a must
- Experience (travel agencies - tourism) is a must
- Good knowledge of travel directions
