Provide aftersales services coverage for ECS direct sales sold projects and equipment.
Maintain our services for our equipment installed base in the market with a high hit ration exceeding 65%.
Introduce our company portfolio, range of products and services to our existing customers and new potential customers to gain more aftersales profitable business (Repair, O&M, retrofit and replacement).
Demonstrate our strong services capabilities that shall enhance both our reputation and evaluation in the market which leads to increase our direct sales in both commercial and industrial sectors.
Arranging our contracts with new customers technically and commercially.
Targeting our competitor’s customers and potential to overtake the existing competitor’s sold equipment by maintenance contracts or total FM contracts, till the replacement due dates so we can introduce our equipment instead in the future which leads to better equipment market share.
Coordinate between our clients and our operation team for site inspections, contracts initial visits and to clear any obstacle during the contract execution.
Sustain customers’ relation and satisfaction over our services and equipment.
Coordinate and cooperate with other business development teams to increase projects winning percentage in any aspect.
Payment collection follow-ups.
Enhancing sales approaches and capabilities.

3 to 6 Years-experience in O&M / Aftersales / Aftermarket / Facility Management – Sales field, preferably in HVAC field.
Mechanical / Electrical Engineer
Arabic and English communication proficiency.
Egypt Experience.
Owning a car and Driving license is a must.
Familiar with real estate developers, industrial sectors, investors and property management companies.
Dedicated to work and achievements oriented with a proven record.
