Job Description
Desktop Support: (Computers and laptops support)Follow up in handling the following:
- Software and hardware support
- Investigate user problems, determine possible solutions, test and implement
- Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis
- Install and configure new computers
- Suggest disposal/replacement of obsolete equipment
- Ensure all computers are virus protected and databases are up to date
Job Requirements
Education:
- University graduate with a bachelor’s degree
Relevant Experience :
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in similar position
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Required Training:
- Problem solving
- Planning skills.
- Time management skills
Computer Skills:
- Excellent computer skills
Language Ability:
- Excellent command of English language & Arabic
