Job Description

  • Carries on the required legal investigations and takes whatever procedures, recommendations, or decisions according to the labor law and the company's policy and regulations.
  • Determines appropriate legal terms & conditions for contracts and ensures accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Covering contract risks, whether legal, technical, and administrative risks.
  • Responsible for examining, explaining, negotiating, and revising contracts of all company projects with the clients.
  • Handles the contract procedures with the concerned parties.
  • The ability to organize and list ideas in an organized manner and the possibility of establishing links between them, especially in the case of disputes arising from contracts.
  • Provide advice in relation to laws and regulations affecting the organization.
  • Responsible for renewal of company legal documents & licenses.
  • Responsible for dealing with the governmental institutions to finalize all the needed legal documents.
  • Researches anticipate & guards the company against legal risks.
  • Follows up on the changes in legislation and regulation related directly or indirectly to the company activity
  • Drafts legal opinions and legal researches.
  • Conducts legal research in different fields of the law and communicating with other functions to amend contracts and agreements.
  • Drafts bilingual contracts, agreements any legal documents, etc….
  • Answers all departments’ requests regarding any legal issues.
  • Fills and keeps the original sales and purchase contracts.
  • Fills and keeps the legal department documents

Job Requirements

  • Real Estate experience is a MUST.
  • Faculty of law – Prefer English section
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluent command of spoken & written Arabic & English with perfect selection of legal terminology
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills necessary
  • Ability to provide independent advice (orally and in writing) to senior level management on highly technical matters;
  • Good planning and organization skills
