Job Description
- Take part in new developments conceptual idea generation.
- Take part in proposing product mix and products specifications.
- Create and manage developments cash flows.
- Take part in new developments pricing.
- Review all designs deliverables.
- Approve construction costs.
- Issue and monitor monthly cash flows for developments.
- Coordinate with all Inertia teams concerning new and ongoing developments.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Architectural or Civil Engineering.
- 3-7 years of experience in the same field.
- Very good team synergy.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
