FROZEN FRUITS & VEGETABLES ENGINEER
We, FawahCo Farms, are a frozen fruits & vegetables factory, located in 3rd Settlement (1000 Factories Area), New Cairo, please visit www.FawahCo.com, we are currently looking for the following team member:
POSITION: FROZEN FRUITS & VEGETABLE ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full production line including safety and quality of production
- Implementing ISO procedures and standards, FSQS follow through on set processes and ensure adherence to good manufacturing practices (GMP), food safety, Safe Quality Food (HACCP) standards and product quality standards
- Responsible for products nutrition and preservatives to make sure products are properly produced
- Conducts temperature checks on products and ensure all HACCP, and Heath Authority rules and regulations are followed and manage log books.
- Monitors customer specifications to ensure proper weight and appearance of products produced.
Ensures products produced are place under refrigeration upon completion of production.
Communicates products that do not meet specification or quality to the unit Factory Manager
Working Location:
- 3rd Settlement – New Cairo – Industrial area (1,000 Factories)
Starting Work:
- As soon as possible
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor of the Faculty of Agriculture - Department of Food Industries
- Working experience of not less than 4 years in a frozen fruits & vegetables factory
- Good knowledge of Microsoft and English
- Report directly to the Factory Manager
