Job Description
- Handle department requests cycle and the distribution of work.
- Plan the preventive maintenance / MEP assets.
- Maintain daily site tours on site and plan the corrective actions ahead.
- Manage the administration of the maintenance department.
- Train manning of the maintenance department on the job duties.
- Ensure implementation of PPM.
- Oversee Housekeeping and Landscape teams.
Job Requirements
- Faculty of Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 6 - 8 years experience, out of which at least 5 years in facilities / MEP.
- Demonstrable experience of team leadership or management experience.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Very good command of English language.
