Job Description
- Supervising the implementing of the company's programs, procedures and regulations
- Follow-up work progress, performance of branch employees, attendance and leave time
- Solve customer and student problems
- Responding to e-mails and speedy response to all parties
- Make the required daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Studying the suggestions and complaints of clients and students
- Supervising and following up on procurement and maintenance operations
- Training and development of employees within the branch
- Preserving fixed assets inside the place and taking care of the human resources present with it
Job Requirements
- Experience needed 2 to 3 years Postgraduate degree (preferably in administration)
- Tact and good looking
- High communication skills
- Communication in both Arabic and English
- Good to use computers and Microsoft programs (those with experience in accounting programs are preferred)
- Experience in selling
- Good skill in preparing reports
- Attention to details
