Job Description
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts.
- Update internal databases with new hire information.
- Publish and remove job ads and assist in the hiring processes.
- Screen CVS and conduct the first interview.
- Coordinate / schedule interviews for the hiring managers.
- Conduct employee on boarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Cultivate training and development programs.
- Undertake tasks around performance management.
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
- Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days.
- Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (ex: Available vacations)
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Preferable HR Diploma from AUC.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience.
- Good organizational, interpersonal and oral/written communication skills are essential.
