Job Description
- Handle calendar management for the Chairman.
- To coordinate, attend and take minutes for the Chairman’s meetings and any other relevant meetings.
- Make travel and visa arrangements for the chairman
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- provide assistance in bookkeeping
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Coordinate Chairman communications, including taking calls, responding to e-mails and interfacing with clients
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
- Supporting the Chairman in any other tasks needed.
- Monitor office supplies
- Responsible of General assembly and board meetings arrangements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree business administration, legal, commerce
- +10 Years' experience in the field of Development & Engineering
- Females only
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Fluent English (speaking and writing)
- Second language would be preferred (French – German)
