Job Description

  • Handle calendar management for the Chairman.
  • To coordinate, attend and take minutes for the Chairman’s meetings and any other relevant meetings.
  • Make travel and visa arrangements for the chairman 
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure 
  • provide assistance in bookkeeping
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
  • Coordinate Chairman communications, including taking calls, responding to e-mails and interfacing with clients
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
  • Supporting the Chairman in any other tasks needed.
  • Monitor office supplies
  • Responsible of General assembly and board meetings arrangements 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree business administration, legal, commerce
  • +10 Years' experience in the field of Development & Engineering 
  • Females only
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Fluent English (speaking and writing)
  • Second language would be preferred (French – German)
