Job Description
- Implement Procurement strategies to deliver his/her duties with the best practices.
- Set a plan for all procurement requests to specify the priorities and possible suppliers.
- Create database via the Internet, catalogs, trade publications, and trade shows to identify potential suppliers.
- Contact possible suppliers to determine prices, discounts, terms, etc.
- Develop relationships with suppliers and assist in settling invoices or contract disputes.
- Responsible for appropriate supplier selection /bidding processes.
- Monitor and support returns, damage replacements, and warranty claims.
- Coordinate with concerned departments to assure supplier selection/material selection.
- Responsible for the implementation of the HSE procedures in his/her area.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience from 8-10 years in Procurement.
- High Negotiation Skills.
- High Communication Skills.
