Job Description
- Fully responsible for the confidentiality of clients’ data, and not to circulate or share them with anyone except the direct managers of the matter calls for business needs.
- Responsible for all the tools used by him to carry out his daily work, including computer and auxiliary tools.
- Setting up a new master key tree for clients based on their requirements.
- Setting up master key tree extensions for old clients based on their requirements.
- Review the conformity of the customer’s requirements with the product codes sent from sales and provide the Planning department with the validity of the codes to activate the work orders.
- Documenting new or amended customer requirements on the electronic archive.
- Supplying production with the necessary programs for operating machines.
Job Requirements
- Academic qualification: Bachelor
- Table software professionals is preferred
- Working on Oracle ERP system.
- Proficiency in the English language.
