Job Description
- Plan, manage, and oversee all elements of production in our factory
- Assess and analyze current production methods
- Develop and draft an improved production process
- Design and implement cost-reductive changes
- Follow product specifications and quality control measures
- Train, supervise, and manage production line workers
- Increase speed and efficiency of processes without compromising quality
- Develop and implement quality control measures that effectively monitor products and guarantee desired results
- Ensure all steps of the production run smoothly and efficiently
- Drives all production (Assembly / Manufacturing) efforts with a safe, clean, organized, and OSHA compliant mindset.
- Ensures our products are available on time to meet monthly shipment targets while operating within inventory cost constraints. Blueprint reading is a critical ability.
- Defines goals, improves processes, and resolves problems in conjunction with leads in assembly, manufacturing, quality assurance, engineering, sales and customer experience.
- Makes sure Production departments are always innovating in developing new processes in order to maintain or improve quality, while improving gross margins and delivering on-time.
- Builds the capability for lean manufacturing through the use of knowledge base in root cause problem solving, six sigma and other best practice assembly and manufacturing techniques.
- Develops operation execution under the direction of the Operations Director - regarding product fabrication, assembly and shipping plans. Implements and reviews budgets, policies and procedures.
- Develops and maintains KPI’s, SOP’s, and continuous improvement plans.
- Maintains safety and regulatory compliance relating to the production facility.
- The candidate must capable to improve our manufacturing capability.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Led Lights manufacturing field.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a must.
- Professional Certificates (CSPO / PMI-ACP/ CIL/ CPM) are preferable.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Age is 50 max.
