- Supporting and supervising reservation team.

- Bachelor Degree.
- 5 years or more experience in the customer services field
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Very good communication skills
- Work under pressure
- Stress management skills
- Excellent command of English Language; written, spoken.
- Ability to deal with guests, handle their requests and answer their calls in a professional manner.
- Ability to use the System to create our guests' profiles, monitor the agenda, and update checking in/out records.
- Ability to use MS office
- Ability to use the system in posting data and printing reports.
- Attention to details and spotting errors.
- The ability to work closely with the medical team to coordinate doctors visits and appointments.
- Taking ownership and having a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work within a team.
