Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategies.
  • Create and publish job ads on various portals (LinkedIn, Facebook, Wazzaf, etc.) and other job hunters platforms.
  • Take a full responsibility in developing the new hires job descriptions in coordination with the hiring managers and job leads inside the company.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to set eligibility criteria/responsibilities for the required future employees.
  • Do the initial Screening and filtration for the resumes and job applicants based on the technical requirements initiated by the hiring managers. This includes doing phone interviews with the potential candidates and screening out the unqualified ones (selection process).
  • Interview candidates in person across different levels (junior – senior – executives) and functions.
  • Create different interviewing techniques with the hiring managers to reach out to higher quality calibers.
  • Host and participate in job fairs (university fairs, recruitment events, etc.) to reach out to a bigger pool of candidates.
  • Track hiring metrics, including: time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
  • Champion the entire orientation and onboarding process for the new employees across different departments. This includes doing the soft skills orientation and other on boarding requirements.
  • Ensure that all job descriptions are always ready and up-to-date.
  • Maintain and enhance employees’ benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacations, and other personal packages.
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion.

 

Job Requirements

  • Prior working experience in a complex HR environment (at least 4 years). 
  • Thorough understanding of HR policies and systems.
  • Up-to-date with current job market trends and best practices. 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work with tight deadlines. 
  • Excellent problem solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills. Team player with a creative and results-oriented mindset. 
  • BSc/BA in HR, Business, or other related field.
