Job Description
- Research, write and post technical job descriptions
- Source potential candidates from different platforms, like linkedIn, Facebook, Wuzzuf, Headhunting, …etc.
- Screen & filter resumes and job applications
- Evaluate specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT candidate resumes
- Perform phone screens to assess applicant ability and suitability
- Interview candidates through a combination of methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast organization goals and hiring needs
- Attending job/career fairs with appropriate staff to generate qualified applicants
- Assist with on-boarding new hires
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, or another relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in an IT recruitment
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook,…ETC.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Team spirit
