Job Description

  • Research, write and post technical job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates from different platforms, like linkedIn, Facebook, Wuzzuf, Headhunting, …etc.
  • Screen & filter resumes and job applications
  • Evaluate specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT candidate resumes
  • Perform phone screens to assess applicant ability and suitability
  • Interview candidates through a combination of methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
  • Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast organization goals and hiring needs
  • Attending job/career fairs with appropriate staff to generate qualified applicants
  • Assist with on-boarding new hires

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, or another relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an IT recruitment 
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook,…ETC.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Team spirit
