Job Description
- Handle social media marketing efforts, from ideas and calendars to execution and measurement, in coordination with the Marketing Operations Manager.
- Have a role in email marketing efforts, from managing lists and drafting, to launching campaigns, troubleshooting and analysis.
- Maintain a communication channel with the marketing team and follow up with the daily tasks.
- Work with the Marketing Operations Manager to ensure the implementation of strategic marketing plans and translating them into actionable tasks.
- Support in content marketing efforts, from creating ideas and providing creative content to publishing, as well as creating landing pages, blog posts and following up on related creative tasks.
- Function within a team structure and operate as a partner to all team members across the hospital .
- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends.
- Provide recommendations for future strategic initiatives through competitive and financial analysis.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Marketing or a similar role.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying the target audience and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media best practices, for both lead generation and reach campaigns.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad campaigns.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Very Good command of English.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Graphic Design is an advantage.
- E-commerce background is an advantage.
