Job Description
- Planning projects, estimating costs, or with pre-specified costs and resources needed.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant Managers and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Handling multiple projects side by side
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Managing and coordinating the day-to-day implementation activities assigned to the operation team.
- Responsible for ongoing measured client satisfaction at the project level.
- Removing impediments facing the operation team for smooth project execution.
- Coordinate operation team, customer, and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Participate and contribute to pre-sales activities.
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Project Management
- Excellent skills in project management tools, Monday tool is a plus
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Great attention to detail and linking complex situations together.
- Organizational and time management skills
- Flexible enough to handle team members and work under pressure
