Job Description
We are looking for a Salesforce Engineer to work on developing and supporting solutions on the Salesforce platform using Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Einstein, and many more exciting technologies.
- To support the business requirements for the continuing development of our Salesforce solution, fulfilling defined business requirements, and managing its ongoing development to support and deliver value to the business.
- To implement defined business projects, and ensure operational stability and associated support is provided and effective.
- Architecting, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Identifying opportunities to improve current processes.
- Creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, reports, and dashboards.
- Developing connections/integrations with other systems.
- Managing a Salesforce Service Cloud instance.
- To implement application development requirements, with a constant focus on providing technical guidance and co-coordinating business efficiencies through the activities of application development.
- Learn and understand the end-to-end business processes to ensure delivered solutions solve root cause and meet customer requirements.
- Manage the day-to-day administration and monitoring of the Salesforce solution, and act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce.
- To take responsibility for time management, reporting and monitoring, risk management, issue management, quality assurance, and change management.
- To define, plan, and manage releases of application updates.
Job Requirements
- B.S Degree in Computing
- At least 2 years of experience
- Salesforce ADM201 Certified
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certified (Preferably)
- Should have a strong understanding of deployments using Force.com migration tools (Salesforce Tools IDE, GitHub, and Version Control).Apex
- Visualforce
- Lightning framework
- Good understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem
- Experience testing integration jobs that use middleware like Informatica a plus.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment
- Travel and tourism experience
- Proficiency in the English language
- Arabic language (desirable)
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects
- Experience with agile methodology and Jira
- Experience in a large call center
- Expert knowledge around configuration, integration, and customization (Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, SOQL, SOSL, consuming and providing REST/SOAP API, WSDL, Force.com Migration Tool)
- Experience in working with XML, JSON, JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services
- Comfortable with HTML and CSS and converting/tagging Visualforce pages and JavaScript custom buttons
