Job Description
- Analyze the initial invitation to bid and inform the division management on the scope, necessary resources, estimating budget, etc.
- Manage the data transfer from the bid phase to project execution.
- Reviews Calculation of the final figure for the estimated cost, supplemented by adjustments for overheads and profit, presenting tender price.
- Maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors and subcontractors together with a plan and procedures for business relationships, in cooperation with other departments [Material / Business development / Procurement / Purchasing / Operations, etc…]
- Manages the evaluation of the main subcontractors' quotation and the analysis of subcontractors' offers before award.
- Discusses and exchanges ideas with his / her subordinates [all levels] to conduct and assure the department procedures necessary to achieve the plan(s)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering ( Civil, Architect )
- Master's Degree is a plus
- 4 - 6 years' experience in tendering.
- Very good in English.
