Job Description
- Analyzing & Decision Making
- Analyzing sales & inventory to help management take decisions.
- To punch delivery orders.
- New Distribution List (New Dealers)
- KA (Key Account) Management
- Coordination with branches for KA related activities.
- Check Delivery Orders and Compile IMEIs.
- Preparing Daily Sales & Inventory analysis reports.
- Tracking the stock (smartphones) given to assigned KA.
- Calculating the financials related to assigned KA’s.
- Help Finance Department maintaining their ledgers.
- Reconciling the value of stock given to KA on monthly basis.
- Paying Incentives, rebates, rewards and other monetary benefits to the KA’s.
- Stock Management
- Receiving IMEI & Matching IMEI
- Head Office physical Inventory audit.

- 2-5 Years of Admin & Business Coordination Experience
- Excellent Command Of English is a must
