Job Description

  • Repairing daily sales Reports.
  • Tracking the inventory and sales flow.
  • Vendor’s correspondences.
  • Communicate with the sales team and tracking market feedback.
  • Responsible for providing general administrative support to the sales department, Managing director & CEO with needed information.
  • Prepare sales reports and analysis. (Quarters, annual reports and monthly achievements)
  • Evaluating sales rep. performance per product.
  • Upgrade office filling system.
  • Arrange meetings, presentations, Memos.
  • Revise all reports and administrative team performance.
  • Reporting to CEO & Managing Director.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • High skill in computer using Microsoft office programs
  • High negotiation skills.
  • Females only
  • The speed of sense and tact in talking and the ability to persuade.
  • Ability to communicate with others.
  • Ability to work for long periods
