Job Description

  • Join Werefresh group and work with a leader team in the Food and beverage industry with one of the leading global brands Lavazza and our own Brand Nafee coffee. 
  • We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Based in Cairo
  • You will manage, drive and roll marketing and trade plans, with alignment with sales strategies. 
  • Managing digital team, aside ATL & BTL including on ground activations. 
  • Reporting to the Managing director, you will lead and coach Marketing & digital team to meet objectives. 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Marketing, Brand/Product and portfolio strategy, yearly detailed plan in line with the company’s vision and sales plans.
  • Responsible for the management and delivery of the brand/ Product range P&L Targets the right consumers or shoppers by using attractiveness and ability to win.
  • Develops and rolls out Brand Essence and Vision Responsible for the planning and execution of Media-Campaigns and BTL Consumer activations, to build brands and generate strong results
  • Identify the right communication investment strategy and ensure successful implementations of consumer campaigns and promotions and all new product launches
  • Identify and organize internal and external initiatives and events in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to build advocacy and consumer education programs in the market
  • Contributes to the development of Big Ideas, engagement strategies and creates attractive and rewarding brand experiences.
  • Recommend and propose the optimum growth and profitability drivers. Full responsibility of channel dedicated marketing budget phasing and management
  • Manage agencies supporting the marketing / category execution plan in alignment with deliverables
  • Propose key products launch and Go to market plans, align with Management and local sales and execute.
  • Develop and deliver category product knowledge & new launch trainings to enhance capabilities of Channel & Category Sales Development and Sales team
  • Elaborate a marketing and trade marketing plan, aligned with sales and marketing team,and execute.
  • Monitor financials includingTrade Performance /COGS evolution, mix management and drive relevant actions i.e. price corrections to achieve agreed financial targets and vs. competition price.
  • A yearly plan in line with overall objectives of the company and also an action plan split in quarters and months.

Digital Responsibilities: 

  • Manage an internal team (3-5 people)
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and creative campaigns - SEO/SEM/Social Media/Influencers.
  • Plan content and its delivery regularly, with a target outcome in mind.
  • Develop and manage website content. Create online multimedia content and assets to support social media activity, including, but not limited to: gifs, infographics, blog articles, pictures, etc.
  • Set up, manage and optimize the sponsored links campaigns (Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook…) accordingly to the budgets and objectives defined
  • Find and target audiences.
  • Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users.
  • Help manage all social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter LinkedIn, Tiktok and YouTube demonstrating growth and maintaining performance.
  • Analysing, interpreting and reporting on digital marketing activity.
  • Cross function with other departments join forces in activations if complying with guidelines
  • Responsible for Omni channel across targeted platforms
  • Responsible for artificial intelligence for QA
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

Job Requirements

 

Requirements: 

  • 3-5 years' experience in Marketing,Trade Marketing and Go to market, preferable F&B brands experience
  • Arabic - English
  • Marketing and Communication / Business BA degree from a reputable university
  • Strong Initiative and entrepreneurial approach in the role and manage projects with drive and result focus  (Excellent planning and execution skills)
  • Agility, curious to learn about the category, product ranges and the other functions to be able to anticipate the needs of stakeholders and quickly integrate in a dynamic business and category (Strong project management and organizational skills)
  • Resilience to approach with enthusiasm all tasks required and work in a very dynamic and multicultural environment (Strong creative problem-solving skills)
  • Capable to adapt messages to different types of internal and external stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, accountable,"digital" minded, self-driven, flexible, creative, positive.
  • Trade Marketing mind set and experience – understands building plans from a price structure perspective. (Extraordinary attention to detail)
