Job Description
- Travel arrangements for the Chairman/CEO.
- Dealing with incoming email, calls, and post, often corresponding on behalf of Chairman/CEO.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments, attends them and takes minutes of meeting.
- Making sure all the supplies for his office are fulfilled on time.
- Maintaining the office conditions and arranging necessary repairs.
- Ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
- Providing general support to visitors.
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Running errands for the Chairman/CEO.
- Keeping the office clean and safe.
- Follow-up with the other managements and departments in the company to ensure everything is going as scheduled and agreed upon.
- Deliver reports regarding the tasks assigned to the other departments and managements with the progress after following-up with them.
- Provide administrative support to the Chairman/CEO and help him make decisions based on full detailed reports.
- Assist the managers and employees of all the other departments in the administrative issues as requested.
- Create and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Attend events as assigned, taking dictation and minutes and keeping the corresponding data.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in the same job role at least for 10 years .
- Background in electronics/gaming, medical, and construction fields are preferable.
- Decent, professional, and dedicated person.
- Positive attitude and problem solver.
- Can be either a team member or a team leader as per needed.
- Good communication skills.
- Presentable and tidy person.
- Computer literate.
- Trustworthy and keeps work confidential matters with the only authorized people.
- Skilled person with the ability to learn.
