Job Description
- Lease the scaffolding operations for a group of projects for a Grade A General Contractor
- Accurately defines the scope of the access requirements by making a site survey with performing supervisors to ensure the structure is fit for purpose on erection.
- Make scaffold drawing and design reflecting the erection or dismantle plan.
- Identify the number of scaffolders required for an erection or dismantle the scaffold
- Full supervision all the time during the erection and dismantle any scaffolding.
- Submit scaffold activity report to HSE and PMT department on a regular basis.
- Ensure the supplementary controls in PTW are applied at the work location.
- Ensure that sufficient materials are readily available to complete the work scope.
- Inspect all types of scaffolding.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering - Civil Department
- Construction Specialization is a must, Steel Graduation Project is preferred
- Proficiency usage of AutoCAD and Office
- Teamwork & Time management skills
- Ability to Make optimum formwork design for all vertical & horizontal elements of the building ( Dwgs + item list)
- Ability to make optimum design for fixed, mobile & suspended scaffolding(Dwgs +item list).
- Ability to prepare the calculation sheet for formwork & scaffolding.
- Ability to prepare Erection Dwgs for formwork & scaffolding.
