E-Commerce Logistics Coordinator

The Ecommerce Fulfillment and Delivery Manager is responsible for tactical day to day operations for eCommerce fulfillment to drive resolution on open deliveries, and reconciling between our systems. You will run monitoring open orders daily, working with our internal teams, fulfillment providers, and shipping carriers to quickly resolve delivery exceptions and have orders delivered on time and fix orders that are outside our service level. This will require day to day operational support to collaborate between Supply Chain, Customer Service, Internal Logistics, 3PL Provider, Shipping Carriers, and IT Teams.
This role will also be responsible for daily tasks in relation to keeping our systems up to date and reconcile data across our partners to ensure accurate order details are synced efficiently.

Main Duties of E-Commerce Logistics Coordinator:

• Organize e-commerce transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary.
• Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways.
• Execute logistics daily & monthly plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule.
• Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep transportation costs low.
• Conduct vendor performance review assessing how the vendor is performing against KPI and Service Level Agreements. Identify areas where the vendor is not performing to expectations and communicate the issue.
• Respond to and resolve logistics and post-sales issues from both vendors & client side.
