Job Description
- Handling comments and messages on all social media platforms, mainly Facebook - Instagram- YouTube
- Monitor each post
- Provide customer support
- Scheduling & Publishing the monthly content plan (posts - stories)
- Reporting skills
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years in social media moderation preferred in e-commerce.
- Sales skills / cross-selling
- Very good to excellent command of Arabic and English language
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiar with Google Sheets
- Proven working experience as a Social Media Moderator
- Can work under stress, also a good team member
- Available for rotation shifts - extra shifts - single tasks
