Job Description
- Managing the daily work plan with maximize efficiency and ensure operational success.
- Monitor accuracy to stock management systems and inventory supervision
- Supervise picking and checking process for accuracy and to ensure customers’ orders are fulfilled to their warehouses (Stores and Online)
- Organizes and manages shipments, makes arrangements with the carriers, produces and collects the related documentation (e.g. picking lists, shipments cost documents, etc.,)
- Records goods entry , return , shipped , defected
- Participates in the monthly physical inventory
- Participates in printing codes , picking, sorting and packing orders
- Participates in delivering Purchase orders and documents to stores & Assist in stores Display
- Supervise picking and Ensures orders are handled timely and efficiently fulfilled to their warehouses (Stores and Online)
- Reports and analysis of finished , pending , challenging tasks and how to solve them
- Inspect products for defects and damages
- Assist in employee training, development and engagement.
- Keep warehouse clean and organized daily;
Job Requirements
- Good command of English language.
- Planning and Organizing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Google
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Marketplace online navigation orders
- Experience in team management and communication.
