Colors Medical Laboratories “CML” , a Company Of Clinilab Egypt Group, which are Egyptian genetics labs dedicated in providing the Egyptian society with specialized genetic testing to empower people to take action to improve health and research outcome.

#Senior Medical Reps.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promoting Genetic Tests/Panels leading to create direct contracts & service agreements with targeted prospects.
- Increasing genetic awareness and how genetic testing can help provide answers to the clinician and the patient.
- Meet/exceed annual sales targets.
- Analyze territory data to understand growth opportunities.
- Recognize areas for improvement based on client interaction and voicing them back to management (new test options, training needs, marketing needs, and educational needs).
- Present to clinicians on the advantages and benefits of genetic testing as the first line of diagnosis compared to standard testing.
- Engage with the marketing team in lead generation activities to build a pipeline of prospects·
- #Line M: Develop & Execute Monthly Detailed Territory Business Plan, to be aligned with the Sales Management Annual Business Plan
- #Line M: Streamline the Sales Management Medical Reps Free-Provided (Selling & Communication skills) Training through Performing Specialized & Highly-Professional field training & Paying on-site double visits on regular basis.
- #Line M: Pay his/her managerial responsibility through collaborating with The Sales Management in submitting the MR's performance assessment quarterly reports & providing their SalesForce Performance- Development induced recommendations.

Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Medical background: (Pharmacist-Vet-Biotech-Other).
- Experience as Medical Rep is a must (2-4)
- Work Experience within Cairo/Giza Areas is highly preferred.
- Must Own a Private Car & Valid Driving Licenses.
- Candidates with #Oncology &/ #Gynecology experience & relationships are highly preferred.
