Job Description
- Handle the day to day operations, escalate cases as needed.
- Support customers via different channels. (Social, Calls, Messaging Chat)
- Confirm with the customer the created orders through outbound calls or whatsapp to proceed on it.
- Gather customers' feedback.
- Follow up on all pending cases on daily basis ensuring that the best customers experience provided consistently.
- Communicate with operations team.
- Perform any tasks assigned from Manager.
Job Requirements
- University Degree in a relevant discipline.
- 2 to 3 year experience in customer care field.
- Ability to work on shift basis.
- Very Good in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral)
- Very good on using Microsoft office applications.
- Very good on writing E-mails.
